The purpose of this role is to deliver analysis inline with client business objectives, goals, and to maintain, develop and exceed client performance targets. Job Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically strong Lead Analyst to support two complementary analytics engagements within Merkle's health vertical. This role spans campaign analytics and advanced measurement work, requiring both technical depth and the ability to translate complex data findings into clear, client-ready insights. The ideal candidate has a solid foundation in SQL and marketing data, strong data visualization instincts, and the communication skills to present findings confidently to client stakeholders. Equally important is the ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams with structure and accountability. A background in healthcare, pharmaceutical, or life sciences analytics is strongly preferred, though candidates from other verticals with highly transferable skills will be considered.
