Overview The Chemical Process Laboratory Technician is responsible for performing specialized cleaning processes on components and materials to meet stringent industry cleanliness standards. This role supports high-reliability applications (e.g., aerospace, medical, or semiconductor) by ensuring parts are free of contaminants and meet customer and regulatory requirements. Salary: $23- $28/hr DOE: Responsibilities: Responsibilities• Perform precision cleaning of parts using approved methods (e.g., aqueous cleaning, solvent cleaning, ultrasonic cleaning).• Operate and maintain cleaning equipment, including ultrasonic tanks, DI water systems, and drying systems.• Follow detailed work instructions, process specifications, and customer requirements.• Conduct inspections to verify cleanliness standards (visual inspection, particulate analysis, NVR testing, etc.).• Handle sensitive components in controlled environments, including cleanrooms when required.• Document all work performed, including process parameters, inspection results, and deviations.• Package cleaned parts in accordance with cleanliness and contamination control standards.• Apply 5S standards to laboratory work areas.• Sup...
