This Recruitment and Intake Specialist position plays an important role in advancing our mission and supporting the communities we serve. Job Description: Responsible for recruitment efforts to advertise, attract and engage clients to El Barrio services. Provides initial job seeker engagement through intake and eligibility for job seekers interested in workforce services. Job Qualifications: - High School Diploma or equivalent required, advanced education or vocational training is a plus. - Experience in a related field such as workforce development or social services is preferred. - Minimum 1 year of relevant exposure to or experience with clients experiencing challenges in finding employment. - Proficient in using electronic platforms (i.e. Microsoft Office Suite, internet research, database management, and virtual learning platforms). - Requires travel to other facilities and meetings as needed.
