Responsive recruiter Benefits: BVA Bears IT Solutions is seeking a CDFI / Community Finance Specialist , that serves as the subject matter expert for community development finance and capital access within the Appalachian Business Builders initiative. This role is responsible for providing technical leadership in the design, structuring, and financial modeling of a regional Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI) serving Allegany, Garrett, and Washington Counties. The Specialist supports ecosystem analysis, capitalization strategy, governance planning, and development of the final business plan and implementation proposal. - Health insurance Work Location & Travel: Work is performed in a hybrid/remote environment with periodic travel across Allegany, Garrett, and Washington Counties for stakeholder meetings, engagement sessions, and project coordination.
