Job Details: Starting Pay: $20.75/hr plus a $2.00 shift premium B Shift/night shift Sunday to Wednesday 8:00 pm to 8:00 am** SUMMARY This position is responsible for the assisting the overall operation of production on their shift. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Receives training and performs duties in several departments such as Raw Receiving, Load Out, and Feather Loader/Cook. Learns plant proper operating procedures and practices in each department. Assists in setting their individual performance goals and objectives with their Supervisor. Observes experienced workers to acquire knowledge of methods, procedures, and standards required for performance of departmental duties. Receives training in functions and operations of all departments to facilitate subsequent transferability between departments and to provide greater job opportunities.
