Company: Mercer Description: Mercer is looking for candidates to join us as Junior Consultant / Consultant in the Reward & Executive Compensation Practice based in Milan or Rome . What can you expect?: Our Reward Practice supports Clients in connecting their strategic business objectives and their implications for their Executive Compensation, Rewards and Incentive Systems . As a Reward Consultant , you will be asked to contribute to the execution of complex projects being responsible for specific tasks – in terms of quality and timing - under the supervision of a Project Manager or to lead smaller projects as Project Manager. In addition, you’ll be asked to give value to the working team through your ability to interpret and draw meaningful conclusions starting from quantitative analysis, organization-specific issues and clients’ business performance mainframe. In short time you will be able to understand and connect clients’ strategic business objectives and their implications for Executive Compensation, Rewards and Incentive Systems within the national and international listed and privately-owned companies environment.
