Description Pyschotherapist (Psychologist, LPC, LMSW LMFT, LP, or LLP) Compensation: $70,000-$106,000 annually; paid bi-weekly: Employment Type: W-2 Part-Time or Full-Time Employee, Exempt Schedule: Create your own schedule Location: This is a hybrid position in Ann Arbor, MI (2-3 days on site required) Role Summary: The Licensed Pyschotherapist provides high-quality outpatient therapy to individuals, couples, and/or families. Success in this role means maintaining a consistent caseload, delivering evidence-based care, and completing documentation accurately and on time while collaborating with a supportive clinical team. Licensed Pyschotherapist Responsibilities: - Conduct assessments of bio-psycho-social needs and develop individualized treatment plans - Provide individual, family, and/or couples outpatient psychotherapy services using evidence-based modalities - Strong background in evidence-based practices (e.g., CBT, DBT, EMDR, ACT) - Actively seek parent and/or patient feedback regarding programming and therapy goals - Complete timely and compliant clinical documentation - Maintaining a schedule of a minimum of 27 clients per week required - Participate in clinical consultati...
