Who you are: - Lead and develop a Data Science team to deliver high‑quality analytics, ML, and AI solutions that support operational and colleague‑facing products. - Enable the delivery of data science use cases end to end, ensuring solutions address real business problems and deliver measurable value. - Translate business requirements into well‑defined data science problems, aligned to M&S priorities and decision‑making needs. - Champion excellent data science practices, ensuring solutions are scalable, well‑documented, and production‑ready. - Contribute to building a best‑in‑class data science culture, promoting collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
