Job Summary - Manager, Infusion Operations The Manager of Infusion provides operational leadership for two ambulatory infusion sites (Muskegon and Beltline), with overall accountability for daily operations, patient experience, quality outcomes, and financial performance. This role is responsible for developing, standardizing, and sustaining workflows, as well as care delivery processes that support safe, efficient, and patient centered infusion services. This position also leads team development, supports site growth, and ensures consistent operations across locations while aligning infusion services with broader organizational priorities. Essential Functions -Manager, Infusion Operations: Oversees and mentors leadership team, supporting operations of multiple sites, specialties and programs (typically 3 or more), etc. Supports dyad leadership with value, cost, quality and provider/patient satisfaction.
