- Generous STI Bonus & and participation in the LTIP - Central CBD Location with regular site travel - Tertiary degree in Engineering or a relevant Trade Qualification The Opportunity: Reporting to the Manager – Planning, Scheduling and Master Data, the Superintendent Planning, Scheduling & Master Data (Mobile Plant) is the tactical lead for Gold Fields Australia’s mobile fleet Work Management process. You will lead a dedicated team of planners, schedulers, and data specialists to ensure our surface and underground fleets—including production, ancillary, and service equipment—are prepared for peak performance. This role is central to driving fleet availability and reliability by ensuring every maintenance task is expertly prioritised, scheduled, and executed to the highest corporate standards.
