Operations Supervisor

Job description

Pay Range: $70,447.00 - $93,923.00 Responsible for the supervision of direct reports and ensures the timely execution of the transactions/ processes of the team. Leads daily production tasks to meet quality and service level expectations. Acts independently on most daily decisions. Maintains effective communication with other departments in order to maintain workflow standards and support escalated customer issues and questions. Works directly with department manager to administer short- and long-term goals for the department. Assures that appropriate procedures are developed and implemented which support the bank’s objectives and ensure regulatory compliance. Education and Experience: - Associates degree and 3 years’ experience required.
