Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. - 2 years of experience in program or project management. - Experience in preventative, electrical, or mechanical maintenance planning. - Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (e.g., Maximo, Infor, Datastream, SAP PM, etc.). Preferred qualifications: - 2 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects. - Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems. - Ability to communicate with internal customers and external parties, and address any issues. - Ability to develop long-term maintenance plans and forecasts.
