This role offers the opportunity to work on a diverse portfolio of healthcare assets, including care homes, hospitals, clinics, and specialist medical facilities, supporting a wide range of clients such as investors, operators, lenders, and public sector bodies. Key Responsibilities: Undertake valuations of healthcare properties for a variety of purposes including secured lending, financial reporting, acquisitions, and disposals. Inspect and analyse a broad range of healthcare assets, assessing operational performance alongside real estate value. Prepare detailed valuation reports in accordance with RICS Red Book standards.
