What you will do: Lead and align teams: Lead across site and global teams using matrix leadership. Set priorities, enable collaboration, and drive strong execution. An important part of the role is building team capability so people, roles, and ways of working grow with the sites. You foster ownership, accountability, and a culture of continuous improvement. Turn strategy into execution: Work with site leadership to define and deliver site level digital and IT priorities aligned with global IT and OT strategies.
