RN Case Manager (Remote): 100% Remote | Full-Time | EST Business Hours We’re seeking a compassionate and experienced RN Case Manager to join our remote care team. In this role, you’ll collaborate with members telephonically and occasionally face‑to‑face to assess needs, coordinate care, and promote overall health and wellness. This is a fully remote position —candidates may live in any state and must be available to work Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:30 PM EST for a scheduled 8‑hour shift. Weekends and holidays may be required based on the needs of the department. Currently, both weekends and holidays are on-call only and covered on a volunteer basis.
