Overview Signet Health is actively hiring for MA and BA level therapists and social workers for all shifts at our brand new hospital - Permian Basin Behavioral Health Center in Midland, TX. Responsibilities: Check out our career page at www.signethealthjobs.com - Conducts initial assessments. - Provide Mental health counseling to individuals, groups, and families - Provides crisis intervention as needed. - Assures maintenance of all case files and other records in strict compliance with policy and Joint Commission regulations. - Coordinates treatment planning. - Additional duties as required to successfully perform within the scope of this role. - Effectively communicates with team. Requirements/Qualifications: Qualifications needed: Hospital/Program Description - Two years of inpatient psychiatric experience - Hospital experience with children, adolescents, and/or adults - Unencumbered license in Texas as a Therapist / Social Worker with either a Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Social Work or equivalent
