The Assistant Director for Ticket Operations plays a key role in the Ticket Operations unit, helping deliver a seamless sales and gameday experience, superior customer support, and strong financial integrity. This position is responsible for daily ticket office functions, supervising part-time staff, managing events, and providing exceptional service to fans and stakeholders while ensuring compliance with university, NCAA, and conference policies. This position reports to the Assistant AD / Ticket Operations. Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree with relevant experience in a related field, or a master's degree. Experience working in ticket operations or similar fast-paced customer service environment. Functional knowledge of Paciolan ticketing software or similar platform.
