Pembina West Co-op is recruiting for a Meat Manager at the Food Store in Mayerthorpe, AB. What you’ll do: The Meat Manager will focus on building public awareness and profitability of our Meat. This individual will identify areas of financial and operational concern and will work with our food store management team to correct these deficiencies by demonstrating day-to-day behaviours and actions that align with and strengthen the Co‑operative’s vision, mission, values, brand, and a focus on safety. The Meat Manager is part of the Food Team and reports directly to the Food Store Manager. The Meat Manager will work in concert with the Food Team, Controller, Human Resource’s, and Loss Prevention Managers to ensure the optimal operation of the Meat.
