We work closely with a variety of household-name clients in the US, Canada, Europe, Australia, Latin America, and the Middle East to connect them with safe and reliable contractors and suppliers and incorporate a level of due diligence in the contractor management process. The Position: As a member of ISN’s Products Team, the Senior Associate Business Analyst facilitates the software change requests to ISNetworld applications and technologies and acts as a liaison between the Business teams and the Products team. The Senior Associate Business Analyst represents the “voice of the customer”. The position exposes individuals to the complete Software Development Life Cycle.
