Live a summer of adventure and memories! Working on our train traveling thru the Alaskan wilderness, and assisting the line cooks is truly a remarkable summer job. Between meal services or during downtimes enjoy the amazing scenery on our open-air platforms between the rail cars! Our dishwashers play an integral role in helping out all teammates on the train and ensuring the guests on board have a once-in-a-lifetime experience. RESPONSIBILITIES: - Perform a variety of cleaning, storage, and kitchen tasks. - Routinely washes and stores all items related to cooking and serving our guests on board the train. - Clean and sanitize the kitchen area and all service ware. - Assist with food preparation and presentation. - Responsible for moving product between rail car kitchens as needed. - Maintain a high level of sanitation and cleanliness in the kitchen and dish area throughout the entire shift by following company and state sanitation guidelines.
