A dedicated specialised service offering the communities we serve complex nursing care within our clinic spaces and in our clients’ home. The role will work alongside BlueCare’s Allied Health team, GPs and Hospitals in a multidisciplinary approach. To support this growth, we are seeking a highly skilled and qualified Clinical Nurse/Nurse practitioner with Post Graduate Degree or Post Graduate Diploma in wound care - to lead a Nurse Led Clinic.
