Senior UX Researcher (Fixed Term Contract) We are looking for a Senior UX Researcher to deliver high-quality, impactful research in the Customer Super Tribe, while supporting the growth and maturity of the wider UX Research team. As Senior UX Researcher, you’ll be delivering end-to-end research projects, translating insights into clear and actionable guidance for product teams, and contributing to the development of research standards, methods and culture. With a solid grounding in qualitative and quantitative methods and a proactive, collaborative mindset, you will help teams understand their users and build products that genuinely meet user needs. This role will be primarily focussed on supporting a project looking at how we engage with customers across our product suite. This is a 12 month Fixed Term Contract What you’ll do: Support the UX Research team strategy, taking ownership of initiatives that contribute to team development.
