In this dynamic role, you'll play a crucial role in engaging customers, supporting ongoing projects, conducting Proof of Concepts (PoCs), and delivering top-notch Level 1 customer support across various channels. Your expertise will be vital in ensuring the seamless implementation of our groundbreaking media streaming solutions. The Ideal Candidate will have: - Collaborate directly with clients, leading PoCs and providing technical support throughout project lifecycles. - Exemplify exceptional customer service by delivering Level 1 support through diverse communication channels. - Harness your proficiency in media streaming protocols such as HLS and DASH, overseeing their entire production and delivery chain. - Leverage your Spanish fluency along with English and an additional language, if possible, to communicate effectively. - Capitalize on your experience within the CDN market and familiarity with relevant service providers. - Demonstrate p...
