Job description
In partnership with the Operating Group Leadership and the Quality Department, the Operating Group Quality Director is responsible for strategically managing quality within the Solar operating group and ensuring the system is fully implemented and operating in accordance with group and company requirements. Location: Any home base location in the continental United States; preference given to those that can work from our MN-HQ or any regional office Travel: up to 50%: RESPONSIBILITIES: Lead Operating Group towards continuous quality improvement including ability to resolve technical issues with suppliers, trade partners, customers, architects, engineers, and subcontractors. Lead, oversee and serve as a resource for Quality Managers, Operating Group Leadership, PXs/PMs, and Superintendents Proven ability to resolve cross-cultural conflict in a culturally appropriate way Ability to build strong cross-functional relationships and influence others at all levels of the organization and with external partners to drive results Lead the vision, definition, implementation, and management of the Quality System for the Group to ensure alignment with the company’s Quality System, objectives, a...
