We are seeking a strong, experienced Senior Accountant to join our dynamic finance team. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of our financial reporting and accounting operations. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented professional with deep technical accounting knowledge, proven leadership abilities, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statements, and supporting schedules for multiple locations - Lead month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring deadlines are met with accuracy - Manage general ledger accounts, perform account reconciliations, and resolve discrepancies - Oversee fixed asset accounting, construction in process, software in development, depreciation schedules, and lease accounting (ASC 842) - Handle complex revenue recognition, accruals, and expense allocations - Prepare and review supporting documentation for external audits and tax filings - Analyze financial data, identify trends, variances, and provide actionable insights to managem...
