Job Description: The shift supervisor is responsible for leading, planning, coordinating and supervising all related tasks to maintenance work within his work shift for his team. The scope includes leading teams and providing oversight to their execution to drive compliance through operational excellence. The shift supervisor ensures that all maintenance work is performed in a safe manner, in compliance with all related procedures, policies and associated plans.
