Job Overview: We are seeking a Facilities Specialist to ensure a safe, healthy, and secure environment for a large customer experience center (call center) through effective facilities management. In this role, you will manage day-to-day operations including light maintenance, vendor coordination, and compliance regulations. You will collaborate with site leaders, vendors, and cross-functional partners to balance immediate needs and strategic objectives.
