GEGAC is seeking a Payroll and Financial Control Lead to oversee end-to-end payroll and related finance functions. You’ll ensure payroll is accurate, compliant, and delivered on time, while providing strong financial oversight, reporting, and control. This is a key role driving process improvement across payroll, HR, and finance in a supportive, purpose-driven organisation. Organisational Profile: GEGAC is an Aboriginal: Community Controlled Organisation based in Bairnsdale Victoria. Consisting of about 200 staff, GEGAC is a Not-for-Profit organisation that delivers holistic services in the areas of Primary Health, Social Services, Elders & Disability and Early Childhood Education.
