The work location for this position is to be determined and will be communicated at the time of offer. Candidates must be willing to relocate to any First Solar location. Basic Job Functions: Plans and supervises the scheduling of daily work assignments of all wastewater treatment and Recycling personnel. Responsible for training and developing direct reports. Provides clear direction to hourly associates, contractors, and vendors to ensure that First Solar’s standards are being met. Responsible for communicating objectives, systems, and policies to direct reports across four shifts. Responsible for working with the appropriate departments to handle employee relations issues. This position is a frontline plant supervisor position with majority of the work time spent on the plant floor to assist technicians and to manage plant operations in a safe and compliant manner.
