Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. - 10 years of experience in public affairs. - Experience working on political communications, or technology policy issues within government, think tanks, public interest groups, private sector, or relevant industry associations. Preferred qualifications: - Experience developing and executing strategies to deliver exceptional solutions. - Experience working in Public Affairs within West Texas. - Experience working with public policy teams and a variety of cross-functional stakeholders. - Ability to identify opportunities and areas for improvement, and to operate in a fast-paced environment. - Ability to travel up to 25% of time as needed. - Excellent attention to detail and political/communication skills.
