Job description

The Training Manager is responsible for leading a team of trainers and ensuring the effective delivery of high‑volume, instructor‑led and hands‑on operational training across multiple aviation service lines. This position is both strategic and hands‑on—responsible for coaching and developing a small team of trainers while also directly facilitating training when needed. Compensation: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 annual salary (US Dollars) The pay listed is the salary range for this position.
