Start Rate: Full-Time | Must be able to work Flexible shifts to include evenings, weekends, & Holidays Job Purpose or Objective(s): The Senior Marketing Manager is responsible for overseeing the development and execution of high level strategies and campaigns for assigned CNO Divisions. They will assist the Marketing team in developing marketing plans for programs, services or facilities that fall within their assigned Divisions. Will act as the subject-matter expert for an assigned market or area(s). Requirements: Work closely with the operational teams to understand marketing and communication needs, enabling them to meet their departmental or business goals and objectives by assisting the Marketing Managers in providing them with appropriate tools, materials and support. - Drive the strategy development and execution of marketing initiatives for brand campaigns at a divisional and departmental level.
