Restaurants around the world, both large and small, including Chick-fil-A, Ben & Jerry’s, KFC, and Eataly trust our software to power their delivery business. We increase sales, reduce order issues, and decrease delivery headaches. What you’ll do: We are looking for a Head of Growth & Performance Marketing who operates at a world-class level — someone who can drive measurable revenue growth through disciplined experimentation, deep analytical insights, and mastery of paid acquisition channels. - Own Otter’s global performance marketing strategy, spanning paid social, paid search, display, retargeting, and emerging channels. - Manage and optimize $XM+ annual performance marketing budget with clear ROI and CAC efficiency targets. - Build, scale, and continuously iterate on acquisition funnels across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and additional paid plat...
