The Pharmacy Manager provides strategic and operational leadership for the pharmacy department, ensuring safe, effective, and high‑quality medication use. This role oversees departmental performance, including workflow optimization, service delivery, staffing, and regulatory compliance. The manager leads short‑ and long‑term planning efforts to advance pharmacy services, support organizational goals, and strengthen clinical programs. Position Purpose: Manager of Pharmacy serves as the first level manager to plan, organize, staff, direct and ensure the provision of pharmaceutical care in collaboration with all members of the healthcare team.
