About the role: We’re looking for a strong Lead UX/UI Designer to take day-to-day ownership of the member-side experience within a large-scale US Healthcare Navigator programme. The member platform is a significant digital transformation initiative within a regulated US healthcare environment, evolving the client’s existing digital experience ahead of a January 1, 2027, go-live.
