EFS Boeing Defense and Space Engineering Poland is looking for a Project Management Specialist to help execution and expansion of defense Scope of Work at Boeing Poland, joining the team based in Rzeszow or Warsaw, Poland. We are seeking a results-driven specialist to lead execution of complex projects and programs. The successful candidate will provide technical, business, and integration leadership to ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within scope, and meet quality and performance targets. This role requires strong data analytics and visualization skills, hands-on experience with Microsoft Excel and Azure analytics tools, and excellent communication and negotiation abilities. Responsibilities: Define and track project performance metrics and compare actual results to the baseline plan to assess project performance, efficiency, and productivity.
