Title: Kitchen Manager Location: New London: Salary: $20-$25: The Kitchen Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily culinary operations of the assigned dining unit, including food production, staff supervision, and budgetary control. This role ensures food safety, quality, and service standards are met to meet the nutritional needs of students and staff. Oversee daily meal production, ensuring high-quality food, proper plating, and consistency. Maintain inventory, order supplies, and ensure food and labor costs remain within budgetary guidelines. Uphold all health, safety, and sanitation protocols (e.g., ServSafe) and oversee equipment maintenance. Coordinate with the Executive Chef/Dining Director on menu development and special event catering.
