Job Responsibilities: 1. Lead, hire, develop, and manage a crew of Environmental Field Services Specialists and Field Quality Managers to maintain a high-performing, high-integrity team. 2. Promote and reinforce Valor Environmental culture, including professionalism, communication, work ethic, and safety standards. 3. Address performance concerns and ensure accountability across the team. 4.
