As a BeST Job Coach (Customized Supported Employment) within the Business Solutions Team, you will partner with colleagues and managers to deliver individualized, strengths-based coaching that strengthens job-task proficiency, establishes sustainable routines, and supports meaningful workplace connection. You’ll contribute to a supportive, mission-driven team culture focused on thoughtful job design, structured onboarding, and ongoing development.
