We partner with health systems, community health centers, plans, and employers to remove barriers to care to ensure all people have access to the care they deserve. We are looking for a floater pharmacist to play an important role at AndHealth. This is a full-time position located onsite at our Community Health Center partners in Ohio. What you’ll do in the role: - Rapidly adapt to different pharmacy workflows and team dynamics to maintain high levels of productivity. - Identify and resolve site-specific operational bottlenecks or backlog issues upon arrival at a new location to ensure consistent service levels across the district. - Perform final verification on all prescriptions with 100% accuracy maintaining the highest standards of safety and accuracy. - Supervise pharmacy technicians to ensure optimal workflow and productivity. - Manage inventory levels and ensure proper storage of high-value specialty medications (e.g., cold chain managemen...
