Overview Partner Position out of our Bustling Tampa Office! Kelley Kronenberg is seeking a Partner to join our General Liability practice in Tampa. This role is designed for an experienced litigator prepared to manage a sophisticated caseload, mentor junior talent, and contribute to the firm's strategic growth in the Tampa Bay market. Key Responsibilities: Case Management: Lead and manage a diverse General Liability caseload from inception through trial or resolution. Litigation Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive litigation plans, including high-stakes depositions, mediations, and court appearances. Leadership & Mentorship: Supervise associate attorneys and legal support staff, providing guidance on case development and professional growth. Client Relations: Serve as a primary point of contact for insurance carriers and corporate clients, ensuring high-level service and reporting. Business Development: Support practice group expansion through networking and maintaining strong industry relationships. Technical Qualifications: Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
