Brief Summary of role: The cook will be responsible for providing all residential and program clients with a nutritious diet that assists in recovery from alcohol and other drug dependency. To ensure that all dietary requirements are catered for, including food intolerances and allergies. The cook will be required to manage food budgets, stock control, minimise wastage, developing meal plans and cooking programs. The cook is responsible for domestic and cleaning duties and keeping a hygienic kitchen and a safe and secure workplace. The Cook may be required to undertake other duties as required by management relevant to the facility. Remuneration package: Employment Type: Full Time Salary Range: $72,700.00 - 81,500.00 per annum (pro-rata) Entitlements/Benefits: Location: This position is based at Kalano’s Venndale Rehabilitation Centre, 30km from Katherine.
