As the Director of People Development, you will collaborate, coach, develop, and inspire the employee experience, while partnering cross-functionally with leaders to elevate talent practices in the organization. Responsibilities: Team Leadership Development: Lead, mentor, and develop HR initiatives & projects to promote a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability. Learning Development: Strategize plans and programs for employee learning and development. Lead the development and enhancement of scalable learning and development programs. Skills Capability and Succession Planning: Collaborate with functional leaders and HR Team to assess workforce capabilities. Drive efforts to measure, track, and report on skill acquisition and proficiency across the organization.
