Your role: The Global Process Owner (GPO), Reward is accountable for the end‑to‑end design, governance and continuous improvement of global compensation and benefits processes—covering job architecture, grading, market pricing, salary review/merit cycles, incentive/bonus plans, sales compensation, recognition, benefits strategy and administration, and pay equity, for our client. The role ensures consistent, compliant, data‑driven and scalable processes that deliver fair, competitive and cost‑effective outcomes across all regions.
