PURPOSE AND SCOPE: The Director of Clinical Consultation & Education provides leadership, direction, and oversight of the organization’s clinical education, support, and service initiatives, with a focus on driving excellence across in-center and home dialysis programs. This role ensures that clinical programs align with business goals, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices. The Director collaborates closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Nursing, and Product Support, while managing a team of Clinical Consultants. Through innovative leadership and strategic planning, the Director is responsible for developing clinical strategies that enhance patient care, support product adoption, and ensure clinical staff are trained and competent in delivering high-quality services.
