As we execute a major workforce expansion in 2026 and strengthen our organizational structure, the Production Supervisor is a critical frontline leadership role responsible for driving daily production output, quality, and team performance across multiple sewing manufacturing lines. The Production Supervisor directly oversees Team Leaders and their production teams, ensuring that ReadyOne meets its contractual delivery obligations on programs including but not limited to JSLIST, 2PUG, ACP, FRACU, etc., and other government contracts while maintaining the inclusive, high-performance culture that defines our organization.
