Default Work Shift: Day (United States of America) Hours: 36 Salary range: $45.20 - $68.65 Schedule: Full Time Shift Hours: 12 Hour employee Department: Radiology Main Job Objective: Performs a variety of radiology procedures utilizing all aspects of the equipment; is in the control room and assigns exams to Radiologic Technologists. Triages orders and requests for C-arms in the operating room; decides which fluoroscopy exams, needle-work procedures and general X-rays will be done first and coordinates with transport. Continuously in contact with the staff to monitor needs in the Emergency Room (ER) for timely turnaround of exams. Education: Required: Graduate of a Radiologic Technology Training Program approved by the American Medical Association or equivalent training Licensure/Certification: Required: American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification; California Radiologic Technologist (CRT) license with fluoroscopy permit; must obtain fluoroscopy permit within twelve (12) months of hire if graduated before January 1, 2011 from Diagnostic Radiology Technology program with CRT license; American Heart Association BLS Experience: Required: Two (2) years of experien...
