Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees. Based in Allentown, PA , this role leads cement logistics for the Northeast and Midwest Regions , supporting regional production capacity and annual imports. Reporting to the Region Presidents, the position is responsible for aligning logistics strategy with sales and operations to ensure the safe, efficient, and cost‑effective movement of cement across terminal network. Efficient transportation utilizing rail, ship, barge and truck is critical to successful business performance This critical role carries accountability for network optimization, terminal and transportation performance, safety and regulatory compliance, capital planning, carrier and supplier partnerships, particularly CSX, and NS rail companies.
