Job Title Facilities MaintenanceTechnician Job Description Summary The Facilities Maintenance Technician core focus is to support building management of a fully integrated facilities service to our client across hard & soft services, as well as energy management & project delivery. Working as part of a team you will provide the highest standards in customer service and operate within defined processes and procedures while reporting into the Facilities M&E Engineer. This position requires flexibility and ability to work additional hours on an ad hoc basis. Core working hours will be Monday to Friday 09:00 – 17:30. Job Description: INCO: “Cushman & Wakefield” - Supervise and coordinate the day-to-day maintenance and repairs of assets & associated equipment. - Be the point of contact for all M&E requirements on site and 3rd party service providers. - Maintain Facilities M&E PPM Schedule to meet regulation compliance. E.g., fire alarm, lighting, generator tests etc. and HVAC and any legal / statutory tasks are carried out by contracted vendors. - Oversees all 3rd Party contractors on all installations, scheduled maintenance visits, repairs including but not limited to all MEP, Landscap...
