About the opportunity We are seeking a Strategy & Operations Manager to act as a trusted partner to the General Manager, with primary responsibility for overseeing and strengthening day-to-day operations in France. This role is focused on execution, ensuring that processes run smoothly and operational challenges are resolved quickly and effectively. You will play a key role in translating business priorities into clear operational plans, driving accountability across teams and implementing structures that enable N26 to scale in the French market. From improving workflows and resolving any bottlenecks, you will be instrumental in building a reliable, high-performing operation.
